Hb DRABKIN (4×100ml) 400T

The red blood cells are broken down to get the hemoglobin into a solution. The free hemoglobin and hemoglobin derivates are transformed into hemoglobin cyanide by potassium hexacyano ferrate (III) and potassium cyanide. The intensity of the color is directly proportional to the hemoglobin concentration and can be determined photometrically.
