ASO Turbidimetric (2x40ml+2x10ml) 100T

ASO Turbidimetric is a quantitative assay for the measurement of specific antibodies anti-Streptolisyn O (ASO) in human serum. Latex particles coated with Streptolisyn O (SLO) are agglutinated when they react with samples that contain ASO antibodies. The quantity of agglutination is proportional to the concentration of the ASO antibodies in the sample. The scattering light of the immune-complexes depends on their concentration in the patient sample, and can be quantified by comparison from a calibrator of known concentration.
