Antithrombin III Turbidimetric(2x25ml+1x10ml) 50Test

Antithrombin III    (AT III) is a quantitative turbidimetric assay for the measurement of this molecule in human plasma. Anti-AT III antibodies form insoluble complexes when mixed with samples containing AT III. The scattering light of the immune-complexes depends of the AT III concentration in the patient sample, and can be quantified by comparison from a calibrator of known concentration.
