Aldolase convert fructose-1,6-difosphate (F-1,6-Dp) to glyceratdehyde-3-
phosfate (GAP) and dihydroxyacetone phosphate (DAp). The addition of
tr osephosphate isomerase (TPI), glycerolphosphate dehydrogenase (GDH)
and NADH converts the dihydroxyacetone phosphate to glycerol-1-
phosphate.
